The SAMHSA 988 State and Territory Improvement Cooperative Agreement (FG-26-002) provides up to $211,100,000 in total funding — see Appendix A for your state's maximum annual award — for up to three years to build local 988 crisis response capacity. Eligibility is limited to state and territory government agencies by federal statute.
